We Know a Guy
You probably know this guy, too - Keith Ramsey of RamseyArtWorks, LLC. Ramsey has built and problem-solved for many areas in Canvas.
His latest work can be found a few blocks from us at Crossroads Coffee, our trusty neighbor and go-to place we source coffee, lunches, and even ice cream for our events.
Tie Lunch at Laura Lee's into Your Agenda at Canvas
Data sets are hard to relate to. If it's suggested you have 1:1700 chance of having a critical disease is hard to comprehend relative to a 1:17000 chance. They're wildly different, but feel similar. Responding to the threat of climate change faces the same challenge.
For Bike Month, We Added a Bike
Laura Lee's can now host private lunches for your Canvas offsite. Your dream agenda: Start your morning session with coffee in The Garden, then meet in The House, walk to lunch at Laura Lee's, wrap up the afternoon with presentations in The Market, followed by happy hour drinks back in The Garden.
Suffocating Conference Rooms
As we close out national bike month, we figured we needed a communal bike to make available to guests at Canvas. As you take a break from your meeting and you have the urge to burn off some energy or have the wind blow through your hair, just grab the bike and go. Maybe down to WPA or Crossroad for a snack. Or ride around Forest Hill Park lake and spot the blue herons as they fish.
Tom Tom Tom Tom Tom....
Why Canvas? Because of this.
Breathe. De-emphasize the technology. Walk the trails. Have coffee in the backyard. Move from Lounge to Market to Studio to the Trailer. Change the environment, keep the oxygen, ideas, and openness flowing.
